NEVER GIVE UP!

Wow, sounds kinda harsh as an introduction, doesn’t it?  Well, that’s my promise to you.  I will never give up on you, BUT I want you to promise me that you will never give up on you, either.  Not one of us is perfect.  That’s just the way God made us.  We are perfectly imperfect, but that’s okay because I’m not seeking out perfect people.  I’m seeking out the imperfect folks like me who find themselves in a health and fitness situation that is less than perfect and could use a little support.

This site isn’t for those who have the perfect body.  This site isn’t for those who have an attitude that will allow others to be bullied or discouraged.

This site IS, however, for everyone and anyone in need of and in search of help, support, and encouragement.  It IS for those who lead a busy life and spend time taking care of everyone else yet neglect themselves and their own health and fitness journey in the process.  It IS for those who have tried and failed repeatedly.

This site represents a partnership between you and me, and I want you to know that we all have struggles.  The struggle is real, and no one is immune.  This site is also here to let you know that there is hope for the hopeless.  It’s not too late for you.   You’ve already done the hardest part…taking that first step.  We CAN and will work together to get you healthier so that you CAN be around to continue taking care of all of those who love you and have come to depend on you.

We need to leave a health legacy so that we can be better mommies, better daddies, better aunties, better uncles, better brothers, better sisters, better friends, and most importantly, better role models to the little people in our lives who watch everything we do and then become us.  Let us bless them with the gift of good health that they can gift to the next generation and so on…and so on…and so on.
