- Onions
- Fresh corn
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Clarified butter
- Pink Himalayan salt
- Black pepper

Cut squash and onions

Heat oil and butter
Step 3
Season, sautee, cover, add corn, cover and let sit for 10 minutes then serve.
