To tell you a little bit about me:  I am a lover of Christ, my Christ-led husband, family, fun, home cooking, great friends, and good health. I’m a silver-lining, glass-half-full kind of woman who believes no one has ever been blinded by looking on the bright side of things. I give away smiles daily with the expectation of receiving a few in return.

My fitness journey truly began when I promised my daddy on his deathbed in 2011 that I would get myself healthier and pay it forward by helping others to do the same. Guess what?  I don’t like exercising, but I do it anyway each day as I strive to keep that promise to my dad and invite others to join me.
