What’s all of this talk about BOD and All Access?

So you keep seeing on social media about BOD and All Access, but you have no idea what anyone’s talking about, right?  No worries, my friend, I’ve got you covered.

In an effort to always make sure that your fitness and nutritional needs are being met in this ever-changing I-want-it-now microwave society, we’ve responded to your pleas before you even knew this is what you needed.  Introducing the Beachbody On Demand All Access Pass where you’ll have access to over 500 workouts including modifiers, workouts for children, fully customizable nutrition plans, cooking demonstrations, recipes, printable grocery lists, and much more in a digital format that allows you to stream it all on any web-enabled device (Tablet, laptop, smartphone, Roku, Firestick, etc.) in your home, at the gym, outside, or wherever you decide to do it FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR!  That includes ALL new releases that come out within that 12-month period.  In fact, a new one just dropped on Tuesday of this week.  Shaun T week, a new workout EVERY day for a week, drops June 12, and the all new Shift Shop from super trainer Chris Downing is coming in July.   Plus you get a month’s supply of Shakeology to get and keep your nutrition on track, and you get me as your coach for support!  This is an incredible blessing and value for all fitness levels.

Since most of us are visual learners, I wanted to take you on a tour of our BOD All Access Pass, so let’s go. Notice that the modifier in the YouV2 demonstrated below is a child. Yep…bring those kidlets in there with you and make health a family affair.

If you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired and you know you need to do something or if you’re already well into your fitness journey and just want to shake things up, fill out the contact form below, and I’ll be in touch with you shortly.  Remember, we deserve to be healthy.
