What’s the REAL reason you keep saying, “No”?

Before I started my fitness journey, and definitely before I began paying it forward by helping others get healthier, my first response…no, I’m going to call it what it is…my first excuse was always, “I can’t afford it.”  But wait, that was before I even heard how much anything costs!!  Wait…WHAT?!?!  Oh, you do that, too?  Guess what?  The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:13 that “I can do ALL things through Christ which strengthens me.”  It doesn’t say I can only do some things.  It certainly doesn’t say that I can’t do anything.  So why did I quickly come up with that excuse so often?

It was a lack of belief.  A lack of faith….in myself and clearly a lack of faith that God could do good works through me. I didn’t believe I could do it.  I didn’t believe that God would lead me to success this time since I hadn’t had success in the past.  Guess what, though?  I had never asked Him to lead me in my health and fitness journey before.  We have not because we ask not, right?  It’s okay to ask God for what we want, then when He blesses us, we need to do our part.  The truth is, when something is a priority to us, we find a way.  When it’s not, we find an excuse.  So ask yourself, what’s the real reason you keep saying, “No” to getting yourself healthier?  If God is for you, NO ONE and NO THING can be against you.  It was only when I stopped trying to do it all by myself that I began being able to do it consistently.  With God, we can truly do ANYTHING.  So what’s stopping you from asking God to lead you to good health?  Are you still hiding behind the “I can’t afford it” excuse?

Once you’ve asked God to lead you, fill out this contact form below so we can get started.  Remember, you deserve to be healthy, and your loved ones deserve the best version of you that you can give them.  God loves you and so do I.
